The birth of Orient Star dates back to 1951, when Tama Keiki Corporation was established and started operations at a watch manufacturing plant in what is now the city of Kuno, Japan, and was renamed Orient Watch Co. That year the company name was changed to Orient Watch Co.
This is a ladies' line with a dainty, gorgeous and warm design. The product development was concerned with the size of the case and the beauty of the semi-skeleton. The small 31.5mm is used to create a dainty look on the wrist and reduce weight. It is polished and patterned by the skills of skilled craftsmen. A bombe dial and box glass are used to create a soft silhouette that is easily accepted by women. Made in Japan.
