The PULSAR brand was originally designed by Hamilton, one of the leading watchmakers in the U.S.A., and was a favorite of U.S. presidents. The brand was known as the LED watch brand of Seiko, but in 1979, Seiko changed the brand name to It has been acquired and is now popular as a strategic brand mainly for the European and American markets.

It is characterized by an excellent design with an overwhelming sense of speed, designed to resemble the instruments of a racing car.
