Details: From the elegant current model with the feel of an authentic bar, to a model with the image of a traveling bar with a vintage feel. This concept led us to focus on STAR BAR Kyoto. We asked Mr. Hisashi Kishi, a "modern master craftsman" bartender and owner of STAR BAR in Ginza, to create an original cocktail that evokes the scenery of Kyoto. The dial, a feature of Cocktail Time, is molded to evoke not only the cocktail but also the tea leaves. The wrapped finish and gradation of the dial expresses the allure of a beautiful cocktail with a sense of transparency and depth. The band is specially tailored for the limited edition model to represent the vintage world view.
