It all started with a passionate belief that the G-Shock was tough enough to withstand a fall and a reckless challenge to create a watch that would not break even if dropped. It was the birth of a technology at the heart of toughness. Since then, the G-Shock has evolved without end. Structure, materials and function. The G-Shock continues to evolve in every aspect of its construction, materials and functions.
Aboslute Toughnenss, the classic G-Shock of the 1990s, is now available in a matte-textured, all-black model. Four types of G-Shock models are available: the DW-6900, which features a three-eyed indicator and has a black glass backside; the G-001, which is popular for its round form and has a vapor-deposited dial; the DW-5500, which has a square design; and the DW-5900, which has been revived this season. It is the birth of a versatile classic model that fits various styles from the street to the mode and the sports scene. This is the G-001 model.
